1. Register your business:
For a sole proprietorship, register your business name with the DTI.
For corporations or partnerships, register with the SEC.
2. Obtain a Barangay clearance:
- Go to your local barangay hall and submit the necessary documents, including proof of business registration, a sketch of your business location, and other requirements as specified by your barangay.
3. Apply for a mayor’s permit (business permit):
- File your application with the BPLO of the city or municipality where your business is located.
- Submit all required documents, including the barangay clearance, DTI/SEC registration, Locational Clearance and other relevant documents.
- Pay the applicable fees at the Treasurers Office.
4. Process and receive your permit:
- The BPLO will process your application and issue the mayor’s permit once approved.
